We do a standard property review
To find out if the charity can take your property, we'll conduct a typical examination that includes a title search, tax and lien search, and environmental infractions search.
We'll do the paperwork and send the closing documents for you to sign
We will send you the closing documents for your signature. Additionally, we will handle the deed transfer and recording, notifying all necessary state and municipality authorities to ensure a smooth transfer process. We will also take over all taxes, maintenance, and insurance responsibilities. Finally, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt from us.
